    1. Hi Ina. kfb = knit front & back ........ you knit into the front and then into the back of the same stitch before taking it off the needle. This makes an increase by adding a stitch. Hope this helps. Happy knitting. M

  6. thank ffor sharing your patterns. I too am wondering what KFB means, ai guess in different countries it will mean different things. I hope You will enlighten us.

    1. KFB = knit front and back.
      You do this by knitting into the front of the stitch, then knitting into the back of the stitch before taking it off the needle.
      This makes an increase of one stitch. You could use a different increase if you prefer ...... as long as you are adding one stitch it will be fine. Very best wishes. M
